Our office has an opening to join our Recruitment Team. This is an in-person (typically 3 days a week in Brooklyn, 2 wfh) full-time role with benefits. You would also be able to join the DC 37 union. We would particularly welcome anyone with Recruitment or Admissions experience. I am not the hiring manager, but have led the team in the past. The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in implementing our teacher recruitment strategy, including building relationships with key national and local partners, identifying and engaging in diverse candidate outreach efforts, and managing robust communications with candidates as they go through the application pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who takes both a relationship- and a data-driven approach to set and meet critical goals.
