Meet them at Harry’s House! As his Hollywood star continues to rise, Harry Styles‘ inner circle has also expanded to include some major A-listers.
The British singer got his start on X Factor UK in 2010, competing alongside One Direction bandmates Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne. The five musicians auditioned as individual artists but were put together in a group by the show’s judges — and soon became one of the most successful boy bands to date.
One Direction went on hiatus in 2015, shortly after Malik announced he was leaving the band. While they’ve all gone on to pursue solo careers, Styles still looks back fondly on the time they spent together.
“I want to thank my mum for signing me up for X Factor without telling me, so, I literally wouldn’t be here without you,” he said while accepting the Album of the Year trophy at the 2023 Brit Awards for his third record, Harry’s House. “I want to thank Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn, because I wouldn’t be here without you either. Thank you so much.”
Styles previously told Rolling Stone in 2017 that he wouldn’t turn down the chance for a reunion, gushing, “I love the band and would never rule out anything in the future. The band changed my life, gave me everything.”
Apart from the former 1D boys, the “Watermelon Sugar” artist has leaned on a few music icons for support over the years — including Stevie Nicks, who’s become protective of the Grammy winner.
“He’s Mick [Fleetwood]’s and my love child,” Nicks told Rolling Stone in 2019. “When Harry came into our lives, I said, ‘Oh, my God, this is the son I never had.’ So I adopted him.”
The “Edge of Seventeen” singer was immediately impressed by the old school references on Styles’ 2017 self-titled LP. “I love Harry, and I’m so happy Harry made a rock & roll record — he could have made a pop record and that would have been the easy way for him,” she added. “But I guess he decided he wanted to be born in 1948, too — he made a record that was more like 1975.”
Styles’ appeal transcends genre, with artists from all corners of the music industry frequently praising his kindness and talent. Lizzo sat near the “Daydreaming” crooner at the 2023 Grammy Awards, snapping goofy selfies at their table before Styles’ huge Album of the Year win.
Fans have gotten several glimpses of the pair’s close friendship, which seemingly took off after they performed her hit “Juice” together in 2020. When asked whether she would ever team up with Styles in the studio, the “Special” singer played coy.

Lizzo
The pop stars teamed up for a surprise duet during Styles' headlining performance at the 2022 Coachella festival. One year later, Lizzo was one of the first to give Styles a standing ovation for his Album of the Year win at the 2023 Grammys.

Stevie Nicks
In 2019, Styles inducted the Fleetwood Mac icon into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Nicks, meanwhile, has described the X Factor UK alum's record Fine Line as one of her all-time favorites.
"He's the type of person you'd wanna live next door to," she told Vogue in 2020. "He'd look out the window, see you having a hard time planting flowers, and rush out asking, 'Can I help you with those roses?' 'Sure, but you are Harry Styles, right?' That's who he is."
The country singer joined Styles in the California desert in April 2022 to belt out "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" at Coachella. "This lady taught me to sing," he gushed on stage. "She also taught me that men are trash."
Twain called the festival collaboration "one of the highlights of my career," telling Today.com in January 2023, "We're just very easy together, it's like we've known each other for a very long time."

James Corden
The talk show host often let Styles and the 1D boys crash at his place in London during their X Factor days. "We'd eat pizza and play PlayStation and my wife, [Julia], would feel like she was babysitting," Corden teased in a 2022 interview. "And then from then on, our friendship has grown, and I love him very, very much. I'm very proud of him and protective of him, always."
The Dunkirk actor has frequently appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden, even stepping in as guest host in 2017 when the comedian and his wife welcomed their third child.

Kendall Jenner
The twosome were romantically linked in late 2013, but the relationship was short-lived. Despite their breakup, the reality star and the songwriter have remained on good terms over the years, playing a friendly round of "Spill Your Guts" on Corden's show in 2019.
Three years later, Jenner was spotted dancing in the crowd at one of Styles' Love on Tour concerts in L.A.

Stormzy
After meeting backstage at Capital FM's 2019 Jingle Bell Ball, the musicians formed a fast friendship. Stormzy later joined Styles for a surprise performance of "Vossi Bop" at one of his London shows.

Ben Winston
The pair's bond goes back to Styles' One Direction days, when Winston directed music videos for hits "Best Day Ever," "You and I," "Night Changes" and more. Styles is godfather to Winston's daughter, Ruby, who delivers the opening line of the 2022 smash "As It Was."

Nick Kroll
After working together on 2022's Don't Worry Darling, the comedian opened up about his connection with the "Daylight" singer. The costars even shared a playful kiss at their movie's Venice Film Festival premiere.
"If Harry Styles were just to put out an album or just go on tour or just put out one movie, that would be an accomplishment," the Kroll Show alum wrote in a 2022 essay for Entertainment Weekly. "The fact that he is able to do all of these things in the same year — and then, still be a human being who you can drop in and have a real conversation with — is incredible."

One Direction Bandmates
While the band went on hiatus in 2015, its members have remained supportive of one another over the years as they've pursued solo careers. Styles gave his four former bandmates a shout-out at the 2023 Brit Awards after winning Album of the Year.

Kacey Musgraves
The "Space Cowboy" songstress accompanied Styles on his 2018 tour. "I love the challenge of being put with an artist that you normally probably wouldn't think to put me with," she told the Sun Sentinel. "I think it's a brilliant combination ... When I got asked to [tour with Harry Styles], I was like, 'Yes, I can totally see this being so fun and making sense.'"
The dynamic duo teamed up once again at one of Musgraves' Nashville concerts in 2019. "As a peer, and someone I like to call a friend, it's always a pleasure, an honor to share the stage with this lady," Styles told the crowd, per Rolling Stone.

Emma Corrin
The Crown alum starred with Styles in 2022's My Policeman. While chatting to Variety about filming the drama, Corrin recalled practicing for one scene in which their characters sing together at a bar. "[I was] scared s--tless," they teased in October 2022.
