Burial will follow in Enid Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Vickie was born Oct. 24, 1956, in Beaver, Okla., to Jacob and Lucille Davidson Neuenschwander and passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at St. Marys Regional Medical Center after a battle with cancer. Vickie grew up in the Beaver and Byron communities. She moved to Enid in 1991. She married Garry Rogers on Jan. 31, 1992, in Enid. Vickie is survived by her husband, Garry of the home; mother-in-law, Katherine Rogers; brother-in-law, Michael Rogers and wife Shannon; niece, Riley Rogers; nephew, Austin Rogers, all of Enid; several other family members, and an aunt, Lucy Arndt of Alva.
